Public Relations &amp; Reactive Media Support &ndash; Serve as the day-to-day contact for PR, reputation management and communications agency partners, leading execution of public relations strategies.</li><li>
Support reactive media relations efforts by researching inbound requests, gathering background information, and preparing executive summaries and draft responses.</li><li>
Coordinate approval workflows for media responses, press materials and reactive communications</li><li>
Assist in executing proactive public relations campaigns aligned to company priorities and brand objectives</li><li>
Support development of press releases, messaging materials and external communications content</li><li>
Monitor media coverage and contribute to monthly communications and KPI reporting</li><li>
Digital Reputation Management &ndash; Operationalize reputation management strategies to support 30 market locations, partnering with cross-functional teams to support reputation improvement initiatives</li><li>
Monitor online sentiment, SERP visibility, review trends and reputation risks across platforms including Google Reviews and other consumer review channels</li><li>
Leverage digital tools to identify trends, risks and opportunities and contribute insights and recommendations that improve sentiment, ratings and overall brand perception</li><li>
Storytelling &amp; Content Support &ndash; Serve as an internal journalist by identifying and developing external storytelling opportunities across the organization</li><li>
Conduct interviews and gather information to develop feature stories, executive narratives and newsroom content</li><li>
Support ongoing brand narrative development for Progress Residential and BH</li><li>
Contribute content for owned channels, including newsroom and LinkedIn support as needed</li><li>
Process &amp; Cross-Functional Coordination &ndash; Maintain PR policies, processes and standard operating procedures, ensuring communications activities align with established approval processes and brand standards</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field</li><li>
8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or reputation management</li><li>
Strong experience supporting reactive media relations and reputation management initiatives</li><li>
Excellent writing, editing and research skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Experience coordinating agency partners and managing multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
Ability to analyze data and trends to develop actionable recommendations</li><li>
Strong judgment and ability to manage sensitive or high-visibility issues professionally</li><li>
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-moving corporate environment</li><li>
Familiarity with reputation monitoring and media intelligence tools such as Meltwater, SEMrush or similar platforms</li><li>

Position Summary:</b><br>
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for responding to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters, market, lease, and renew apartment leases in accordance with Company standards and Fair Housing guidelines and provide excellent customer service. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customers. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.<br>

<b>Essential Functions:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Responsible for ensuring the daily marketing, administrative, and financial operation of the property under the direction of the Community Manager.</p></li><li><p>
Maintains a strong understanding of the community and local market competitor's specials and floor plans. Have comprehensive working knowledge of all aspects of leasing units and documents in accordance with Company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.</p></li><li><p>
Processes lease application paperwork for the approval of the CM and prepares new lease contracts.</p></li><li><p>
Inspects all target and/or show units in advance and in preparation of greeting and touring new prospects. Touring prospects may include, but is not limited to, vacant or model units and common/amenity areas of the property.</p></li><li><p>
Inspect pre-leased apartments prior to the move-in date and promptly communicate any concerns to the Service Manager or Community Manager.</p></li><li><p>
Understands, utilizes and promotes all third-party online leasing programs appropriately.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure timely and accurate logging of all prospect information and notifications into our Property Management software.</p></li><li><p>
Responsible for checking, responding to and documenting community and individual emails, voicemails, and text messages.</p></li><li><p>
Stays up to date with all promotion/leasing incentives.</p></li><li><p>
Assist with completing Move Out Vacant Inspection Checklist (MOVIC) accurately and within the specified deadline per Company standards.</p></li><li><p>
Post notices to vacate and other community communication, if applicable.</p></li><li><p>
Assist with daily community inspections to ensure community policies are being followed and addressing, if applicable.</p></li><li><p>
