We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of renovation and interior projects. The role involves supervising labour, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining timelines, and reporting progress to the project manager/owner.Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, false ceiling and finishing works</li><li>Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications</li><li>Monitor daily progress and resolve site-level issues</li><li>Coordinate sequencing of works to avoid delays</li></ul>2. Labour &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Manage masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and helpers</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely execution</li><li>Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety on site</li></ul>3. Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure material quality and workmanship standards</li><li>Check alignment, levels, finishes, and installations</li><li>Identify defects and ensure timely rectification</li></ul>4. Material &amp; Inventory Control<ul><li>Verify material deliveries as per requirement and specifications</li><li>Track consumption and reduce wastage</li><li>Inform management in advance for material procurement</li></ul>5. Drawings &amp; Measurements<ul><li>Read and understand 2D drawings, elevations, and details</li><li>Take site measurements and verify quantities</li><li>Assist in preparing running bills and work completion reports</li></ul>6. Safety &amp; Site Housekeeping<ul><li>Ensure basic safety practices are followed</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and proper material stacking</li><li>Prevent damage to finished works</li></ul>7. Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Share daily progress updates with project manager / office team</li><li>Report issues related to labour, material, or drawings immediately</li><li>Coordinate with designers, engineers, and clients when required</li></ul>Skills &amp; RequirementsTechnical Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of renovation, interior fit-out, and finishing works</li><li>Understanding of materials, tools, and construction methods</li><li>Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years experience in renovation / interior projects</li><li>Experience in residential or commercial interiors preferred</li></ul>Education<ul><li>ITI / Diploma / Civil background preferred (not mandatory if experienced)</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Problem-solving mindset</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and multiple trades</li><li>Honest, disciplined, and site-oriented</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Full-time, site-based role</li><li>Working hours as per site requirement</li><li>May involve multiple sites depending on project load</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>As per experience and skill level</li><li>Performance-based incentives may be applicable</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,560.28 - ₹18,217.36 per monthWork Location: In person

The ideal candidate will possess a strong design background along with excellent communication and administrative skills.Responsibilities:Interior Design:Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Create innovative and functional interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, materials, and furnishings. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas. Utilize 2D/3D rendering software to develop visual representations of design concepts. Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and industry practices.Vendor Tie-ups:Research, identify, and establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and quality of materials and services.Administrative Tasks: Maintain project files, records, and documentation in an organized manner. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Assist in project coordination and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Coordinate site visits, inspections, and installations as required. Assist in procurement and inventory management of design materials and samples.Site Visits:Conduct on-site visits to assess project progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications. Collaborate with contractors and project teams to resolve any design or construction-related issues.
