Roles and Responsibilities: -Data Management: Utilise basic proficiency in Excel to organise and analyse data points for reporting purposes. Maintain accurate records of execution per the process. Generate reports as needed to track key performance indicators.-Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other teams such as Relationship Managers and Training teams to address and resolve concerns. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues.-Crisis Management and Troubleshooting: Demonstrate strong crisis management skills to address escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence of similar issues in the future.-Adaptability and Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and work demands, including multitasking and flexibility with shifts and week-offs. Respond efficiently to sudden changes in workload or task assignments. Role &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborates closely with other team members on developing video and other digital concepts and projects.</li><li>Designs and creates storyboards and scripts.</li><li>Participates actively in creative strategy development and media design ideas for the organization</li><li>Works with manipulating raw camera footage, virtual meeting recordings, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects as needed.</li><li>Designs and delivers high-quality motion graphics optimized for video/web/social media dissemination.</li><li>Responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting.</li><li>Tracks new content trends and technologies to ensure that output remains on the cutting edge.</li><li>Manages a team to ensure required deliverables are met within the stipulated time and quality parameters.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelors / Masters degree in a related field (fine arts, multimedia production, journalism, or somebody passionate about videography) with relevant technical training in video and digital design and production.</li><li>2-5 years prior work experience in a video editor or producer role.</li><li>Ability to handle multimedia projects from conception to its completion and multi-task efficiently</li><li>Strong knowledge of post-production processes.</li><li>Working knowledge of editing software Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.</li><li>Experience in short-form storytelling through various editorial techniques including cuts, transitions, timing, and the effective use of sound and visuals to communicate.</li><li>Keep abreast of the latest video marketing trends like animation, white sketch-board, AR/VR, 360-degree videos, immersive video, etc.</li><li>Ability to manage production for still and video recording.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills in English.</li><li>Ability to work well in teams.</li><li>Self-motivation, proactiveness, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
