We are expanding our team in the Indore cluster and looking for a motivated Sales Promoter to drive retail sales and increase brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote Jainatva Food Products and create brand awareness at retail outlets, events, supermarkets, malls, and other customer touchpoints.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to engage potential customers.</li><li>Convince customers to purchase products and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Maintain product displays and ensure proper visibility at retail locations.</li><li>Collect customer details, fill forms, and submit reports to supervisors.</li><li>Handle customer interactions politely, patiently, and professionally.</li><li>Work according to retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG product promotion or retail sales.</li><li>12th Pass or Undergraduate; Freshers and Interns are welcome.</li><li>Strong communication and customer-handling skills.</li><li>Convincing ability, target-oriented, and self-motivated.</li><li>Willingness to work in retail environments and handle customer situations professionally.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
