 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product Management and related tech roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and define talent strategies aligned with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and mentor a high-performing TA team focused on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage data and insights to optimize sourcing, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8&ndash;12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in
 
 tech/product hiring
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of hiring for
 
 engineering, product, and design roles
 
 in high-growth or tech-first companies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
 
 .
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Attributes

 Prior experience in
 
 startup or scale-up environments
