Import &amp; Export Operations<ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end import and export activities, including booking shipments, arranging transportation, and monitoring cargo movement.</li><li>Ensure timely customs clearance for all inbound and outbound shipments.</li><li>Track and manage shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and freight costs.</li></ul>2. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, Form E, Form D, LC documents, and insurance forms.</li><li>Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, Incoterms, and company policies.</li><li>Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies for smooth documentation and approvals.</li></ul>3. Supplier &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with overseas suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners regarding shipment details, order status, and delivery updates.</li><li>Negotiate freight rates and evaluate logistics service providers for quality and cost efficiency.</li><li>Resolve issues related to shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.</li></ul>4. Inventory &amp; Warehouse Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock movement, receiving, storage, and dispatch planning.</li><li>Ensure real-time inventory accuracy by providing timely shipment updates.</li></ul>5. Financial &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Verify freight invoices, customs duty payments, and other logistics charges.</li><li>Monitor shipping costs and recommend cost-saving strategies.</li><li>Support LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and coordinate with finance for payment processes.</li></ul>6. Reporting &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly reports on shipment status, costs, lead times, and logistics performance.</li><li>Assist in audits and internal reviews related to supply chain and trade compliance.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or supply chain.</li><li>Familiarity with customs procedures, trade documentation, and Incoterms.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Good understanding of shipping procedures and freight management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and shipment tracking tools.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
