We are seeking a detailed-oriented &amp; experienced Senior Accountant to join our Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, &amp; supporting management in strategic decision-making. This Role requires strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.* Prepare &amp; analyze financial statements in compliance with statutory &amp; regulatory requirements.* Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to provide actionable insights.* Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.* Ensure compliance with taxation laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.* Proven Experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a senior role.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 9 per weekWork Location: In person
