Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Verify the accuracy and completeness of Purchase Orders (PO) upon receipt, ensuring all necessary information is included and correct.</li><li>Generate Tax Invoices and prepare E-Way bills for material dispatches.</li><li>Provide clients with necessary documents such as Tax Invoices, COAs, and LRs.</li><li>Respond to customers' queries related to invoices and documentation.</li><li>Create and update ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) and invoice details in client portals as per client requirements.</li><li>Update and maintain contact information in the master database.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.</li><li>Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any issues that arise during transportation.</li><li>Manage relationships with logistics partners and clients to ensure smooth supply chain operations.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements and develop better supply chain SOPs.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on supply chain activities and performance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities: Import Purchase Management: o Negotiate with suppliers &amp; shipping lines to secure the best terms, prices and delivery timelines. o Coordinate and manage import activities to ensure timely delivery of goods. o Coordinate with the CHA (Clearing Agents) to ensure smooth and quick customs clearance of the shipment.o Handle purchases to meet the company's inventory requirements. Inventory Planning: o Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels. o Monitor inventory levels and forecast future inventory needs. o Collaborate with the sales teams &amp; suppliers to align inventory planning with business needs.Documentation and Compliance: o Prepare and manage all necessary import and domestic purchase documentation.o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. o Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.Export Paperwork: o Handle the paperwork for small-volume exports. o Ensure all export documentation is accurate and complies with international trade regulations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in import and domestic purchase management. Minimum of 3 years of recent experience.Strong knowledge of inventory planning and management. Familiarity with Import-export documentation and regulations.Familiarity with customs clearance processes and regulations. Experience with vendor management and development. Ability to manage logistics and transportation for imports.
