In This Role You Will:
<ul>
<li>Provide supportive nursing care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.</li>
<li>Obtain and accurately document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other required medical record information.</li>
<li>Assist residents with mobility, including transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests, ensuring timely and compassionate care.</li>
<li>Support meal service by transporting residents, assisting with feeding as needed, and ensuring proper tray distribution.</li>
<li>Provide restorative and supportive care in accordance with individualized care plans.</li>
<li>Maintain resident rooms and personal belongings in a neat, clean, and organized manner.</li>
<li>Observe and immediately report changes in condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, or concerns to nursing leadership.</li>
<li>Follow infection control practices, safety protocols, HIPAA guidelines, and resident rights policies.</li>
<li>Support life enrichment, social services, and fitness programming to promote resident engagement and quality of life.</li></ul> 


Shift Details:
<ul>
<li>Night Shift - FT &amp; PT: 7p-7:30a
<ul><li>Full-Time: 24-37hrs weekly!</li>
<li>Part-Time: 12-25hrs weekly!</li></ul></li> 
</ul>
Who You Are:
<ul>
<li> You have successfully completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program.</li>
<li>You have passed the state competency exam and are in good standing with the Nurse Aide Registry.</li>
<li>You demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism in caring for older adults.</li>
<li>You communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively with residents, families, and team members.</li>
<li>You are dependable, attentive to detail, and able to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>You understand and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.</li>
<li>You are able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, transferring, and assisting residents safely.</li>
<li>Preferred: One or more years of CNA experience in a senior care or long-term care setting.</li></ul>
