The ideal candidate will lead a team of maintenance staff, ensure timely repairs, and uphold the highest standards of property care and safety.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.</li><li>Perform regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs.</li><li>Oversee repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance activities.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues, such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC problems.</li><li>Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for maintenance operations.</li><li>Maintain records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and completed tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with property managers and tenants to address maintenance requests.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.</li><li>Source and manage relationships with contractors and vendors for specialized tasks.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or relevant certifications is a must.</li><li>Proven experience in property maintenance or a related supervisory role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-time
