If you&rsquo;ve spent the last few years bringing stories to life for advertising or digital agencies &mdash; and you&rsquo;re excited about combining motion design with modern tools and AI innovation &mdash; this role is for you.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conceptualize and animate engaging 2D motion graphics for digital and social media campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and designers to develop cohesive visual stories.</li><li>Create, edit and refine animations using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.</li><li>Explore and integrate emerging creative tools such as CapCut, Canva, and AI-based video generation platforms to enhance workflows.</li><li>Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with new animation techniques.</li><li>Work on a variety of content from product explainers to short social videos, reels, and ad campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience as a 2D animator or motion designer in an advertising or digital agency environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (a must).</li><li>Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, and AI prompt-based video generation tools (a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and composition.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing creative directions.</li><li>A portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and animation work.</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):<ul><li>Experience with sound design or syncing audio to visuals.</li><li>Basic understanding of color grading and transitions.</li><li>Curiosity for emerging creative technologies and AI tools.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working With Us:<ul><li>Dynamic projects across diverse brands and industries.</li><li>A collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and creativity.</li><li>Growth opportunities with exposure to international clients and campaigns.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Animation: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
