Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer &amp; Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to produce high-quality visual assets across digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design<ul><li>Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, posters, presentations, ads, and branding assets</li><li>Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs</li><li>Develop creative concepts and layouts based on project requirements</li><li>Edit and enhance images for digital and print use</li></ul>Video Editing<ul><li>Edit videos for social media, websites, ads, and promotional campaigns</li><li>Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and color grading</li><li>Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Collaborate on storyboards and creative direction for video projects</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Workflow<ul><li>Work closely with team members to understand project goals and timelines</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Revise designs and videos based on feedback</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor</li><li>Proficiency in design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong attention to detail and creativity</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics or animations</li><li>Knowledge of social media content trends</li><li>Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Creative and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth</li><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
