Whether crafting signature cocktails or delivering top-tier customer care, you&rsquo;ll thrive in a lively environment that celebrates hospitality excellence and teamwork.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with enthusiasm to ensure a positive dining and drinking experience</li><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, adhering to safety standards and recipes</li><li>Operate Toast POS systems efficiently for order entry, billing, and cash handling</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols</li><li>Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive service to all guests</li><li>Assist in setting up and serving event functions as needed, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills and tips, and process payments securely</li><li>Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely food delivery</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service, especially in full-service restaurant environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of Toast POS with cashiering and food handling procedures</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and resolve issues promptly</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high service standards</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper alcohol serving practices to promote responsible beverage service</li><li>Experience with banquet service is a plus; familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus</li></ul>Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that keep guests coming back!
