Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Server! The Server supports the culinary team who prepares food to be served to our residents in our restaurant-style dining experience called the &ldquo;Bread Basket.&rdquo;.

FULL-TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Serve food timely utilizing Bickford&rsquo;s process.</li>
<li>Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.</li>
<li>Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford&rsquo;s dishwashing procedure.</li>
<li>Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.</li>
<li>Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford&rsquo;s expectations for cleanliness.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>A Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.</li>
<li>Exhibit a &ldquo;learner&rsquo;s Mindset.&rdquo;</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.</li>
<li>Competent in organizational, time management skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.</li>
