Task Description

Job Description: Sales/Business Development Executive 
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 
Reports To: Country Head &ndash; Saudi Arabia
About the Role:
We are a leading provider of Cloud Communications Platform services, offering a comprehensive Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solution. Our platform powers digital communication and integrates conversational AI across diverse industries, including social media, banking and financial services, e-commerce, Health Care and travel aggregators. 
As a Sales/Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our expansion within Saudi Arabia&rsquo;s enterprise market. Reporting directly to the Country Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build a robust sales pipeline, convert prospects into long-term enterprise clients, and achieve revenue growth with a focus on maintaining a 15% direct margin (DM). 
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of communication technologies, and a passion for delivering measurable business results. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Pipeline Development:<ul><li>
Identify and target high-potential enterprise opportunities across industries such as financial services, e-commerce, healthcare, retail, and logistics.</li><li>
Expand the company&rsquo;s presence within Saudi Arabia&rsquo;s top enterprise accounts, focusing on securing large-scale, high-value clients.</li><li>
Leverage industry events, professional networks, and strategic tools to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.</li></ul>
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:<ul><li>
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business models, communication needs, and pain points, offering tailored CPaaS solutions.</li><li>
Build and maintain long-term relationships by positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional value throughout the sales cycle.</li><li>
Lead negotiations and close deals in collaboration with the Country Head, ensuring a minimum 15% DM per contract.</li></ul>
3. Strategic Account Management and Growth:<ul><li>
Develop and implement account-specific strategies to drive client retention, upselling, and cross-selling of additional CPaaS solutions.</li><li>
Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for deeper integration and value creation.</li></ul>
4. Market Intelligence and Strategic Positioning:<ul><li>
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the CPaaS landscape.</li><li>
Refine the company&rsquo;s go-to-market strategy based on market insights, ensuring agility in addressing evolving client needs.</li></ul>
5. Revenue and Performance Accountability:<ul><li>
Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue quotas and margin targets, with a strong focus on closing high-value enterprise deals.</li><li>
Provide detailed sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the Country Head, offering actionable insights for growth.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Country Head to ensure all deals align with profitability goals, maintaining a minimum 15% DM.</li></ul>
Your Profile

Qualifications &amp; Experience: 
Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
4-5 years of business development experience, with a proven track record in enterprise-level B2B sales, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, IT, or telecommunications.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in building sales pipelines, closing large deals, and achieving revenue growth targets in competitive markets.</li><li>
Strong understanding of CPaaS solutions, APIs, and enterprise communication workflows.</li></ul>
Core Competencies and Skills: 
<ul><li>
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft compelling value propositions and close high-value contracts.</li><li>
Strategic mindset with the ability to understand complex business models and design tailored solutions.</li><li>
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering engaging technical demonstrations to C-level executives.</li></ul><ul><li>
Technical proficiency in CPaaS architecture, APIs, and enterprise software systems.</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.</li><li>
Proven ability to build trust and credibility with key decision-makers and stakeholders.</li><li>
Fluent Arabic and English speaking candidate.</li></ul>
