 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To ensure receiving schedule is received from supply chain department before receiving stocks.
 </li>
 <li>
 To plan for space and pre &ndash; arrangements for receiving stocks in Frozen, Chilled and Ambient Area
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with the fork lift operator about the new shipments and monitor the locations
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure stocks are received as per Purchase Order and as per specifications received in the same
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive the product with correct LPO
 </li>
 <li>
 Check the purchase order date
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that invoice should match with the LPO
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure stocks are receiving against authentic documents from supplier like invoice, Packing List, B/L as mentioned against IMPO or LPO
 </li>
 <li>
 Document verification upon the receiving
 </li>
 <li>
 Make sure all the information in the document it's correct
 </li>
 <li>
 To check stocks received are in right full quality, right temperature, right condition of packaging
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 2 years' experience in Inventory
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer literacy - must be able to record the stock receipts accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 A quick learner with a good attitude to excel in storage and movement goods
 </li>

 Digital Campaign Management:

 Utilize tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms to execute campaigns effectively.

 Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create compelling social media content with the marketing team functions including graphics, videos, and written posts.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.

 Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Segment email lists based on user behavior and demographics to deliver personalized content.

 Analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns.

 Content Creation and Management:

 Develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels. Mainly: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube

 Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content aligned with marketing objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, leveraging keyword research and audience insights.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Reporting and Analysis:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital reports with analysis of all digital channels available.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, audience engagement, and website analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide reports with analysis for e-commerce platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attribute revenue and conversions to specific marketing channels and campaigns using multitouch attribution models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Calculate ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA) for each marketing channel and campaign,
 </li>
 <li>
 identifying opportunities to optimize budget allocation and maximize return on investment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor trends in customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) to assess the overall health and sustainability of marketing efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across different channels and customer segments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize messaging, creative assets, targeting criteria, and other campaign elements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for cross-promotion, upselling, and personalized messaging based on customer behavior and preferences.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking:

 Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to benchmark performance against main competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highlight competitive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry benchmarks in e-commerce marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
 </li>

 SEO and Website Optimization:

 Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct keyword research, monitor search engine results page rankings, and optimize website content for search engines.
 </li>

 Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO enhancements and ensure website performance.
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 Proven experience (1-2 years) in Digital Marketing with a focus on campaign management and reporting.

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
