 Production Manager:
 
 
 
 Responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from the sourcing of raw seafood materials to the final processing, packaging, and delivery of seafood products. This role involves ensuring that production runs efficiently, meets quality standards, adheres to health and safety regulations, and is cost-effective. The Production Manager works closely with other departments such as quality assurance, supply chain, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and consistent product output.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 1- Production Planning and Scheduling:
 
 
 
 &middot; Develop and implement production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and customer orders.
 
 
 &middot; Coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines while optimizing resources (labor, equipment, and materials).
 
 
 &middot; Manage production capacity, ensuring that all production goals are met in terms of volume, quality, and timing.
 
 
 
 2- Process Management and Optimization:
 
 
 
 &middot; Oversee the entire seafood production process, ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently and according to established processes.
 
 
 &middot; Continuously evaluate production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement.
 
 
 &middot; Implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
 
 
 
 3- Quality Control
 
 :
 
 
 &middot; Ensure that seafood products meet quality standards and food safety regulations at every stage of the production process.
 
 
 &middot; Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to enforce quality checks and product inspections, including the handling, processing, packaging, and labeling of seafood.
 
 
 &middot; Troubleshoot and resolve any quality issues during production, working with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
 
 
 
 4- Inventory and Resource Management
 
 :
 
 
 &middot; Oversee inventory management for production materials, including raw seafood, packaging, and supplies.
 
 
 &middot; Work with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure that materials are available on time and in the right quantities to meet production needs.
 
 
 &middot; Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, ensuring efficient use of resources.
 
 
 
 5- Budget and Cost Control:
 
 
 
 &middot; Assist in the development of the production budget, ensuring that production costs stay within budgetary constraints.
 
 
 &middot; Monitor operational expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources without compromising quality.
 
 
 &middot; Track and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overheads, while meeting production targets.
 
 
 
 6- Productivity and Performance Monitoring:

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in using production management software, data analysis tools, and other production-related technology.

 Education and Certifications:
