```Duties:``` - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as Motions and Discovery. - Communication with clients, Insurance adjusters and providers. - Interview clients and witnesses to gather necessary information for legal proceedings - Open, organize and maintain legal files and documents - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management``` Requirements:``` - Previous experience working as a legal assistant or paralegal preferred - Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Must be bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish) - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionThis is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the legal field.
