 Inside Sales Representative
 
 at Big Ass Fans (BAF), you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals! In this high-energy role, you'll make and take dozens of calls each day, engaging with customers to build solutions for their facilities.

You'll collaborate closely with our Outside Sales Representatives, Installation Technicians, Legal team, and Customer Success Representatives to ensure a seamless sales cycle.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Build new sales opportunities through the inbound lead process and outbound cold calling to achieve quarterly quotas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Navigate the sales cycle for each customer, collaborating with Outside Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Customer Success to ensure seamless and error-free orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expand existing sales opportunities into targeting key accounts and renewing key accounts through account nurturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct virtual sales presentations to customers at least three times per week, showcasing tailored solutions for their unique facilities and needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve a 20% conversion rate of proactive calls into qualified leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish an average close rate of 40%.
 </li>
 <li>
 Grow your prospect database within your assigned territory by identifying key accounts, and conducting proactive research and cold calls.

 What You'll Bring

 Bachelors degree in a business-related field is preferred or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of proven inside sales experience, excelling in virtual presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-savvy with the ability to learn, and translate technical product details to customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of success in achieving and exceeding yearly revenue targets through cold calling and converting proactive calls into qualified leads
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with a CRM, preferably with Salesforce, ensuring meticulous entry of all customer information and project details
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong phone and video presence
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-first mindset, selling quality solutions over price
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to prioritize and manage time effectively to handle an average of 35 projects simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to travel up to 25% of the time

 Shadow a ride-a-long with a local Outside Sales Representative.
 </li>
 <li>
 Begin making outbound sales calls to warm leads with the help of your peers.

 Days 61-90+:

 The Interview Process

 Video Screen: Show us your cool skills! This will be a one-way video screen that goes through several questions for you to answer, leaving you a certain amount of time to respond. First time doing one of these? Be yourself! Some say it helps to settle your nerves by picturing the camera in its underwear.
 </li>
 <li>
 First Conversation: You&rsquo;ll be speaking with a BAF Recruiter! Here, you&rsquo;ll discuss the opportunity more in-depth, and talk through any questions you have, as well as cover any details that didn&rsquo;t come out in the video screen.

 <li>
 On-site Interview: This will be an interview with the Director of End User Sales, VP of End User Sales, and HR Director. In this meeting, you&rsquo;ll go through all of the in-depth details of the position, going over the day-to-day operations, and learn about the role&rsquo;s KPIs.

 Assessment: As a final step, you'll complete an online assessment to help us better understand your sales strengths and potential.

Our highly trained technicians provide expert assistance to customers and installation partners, ensuring they get the most reliable, effective performance from our products.
Based at our Corporate Headquarters, the Product Support Technician offers technical guidance and troubleshooting via phone and email. By helping customers resolve issues quickly and confidently, you directly contribute to making their environments safer, healthier, and more productive. What You'll Do<ul><li>
Diagnose and resolve complex technical, mechanical, and electrical issues through phone and email support.</li><li>
Identify root causes of product issues and provide clear, effective resolutions.</li><li>
Manage a high volume of inbound support calls (up to 30+ per day).</li><li>
Communicate emerging product issues, trends, or observations to Quality Control.</li><li>
Recognize recurring problems and contribute to developing preventative solutions.</li><li>
Maintain a positive, solutions‑focused attitude to ensure consistently high customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Accurately update and maintain customer information within internal databases.</li><li>

Complete all required core software and security training.</li><li>
Demonstrate a solid understanding of company products, key systems, support workflows, and service standards.</li><li>
Begin contributing to daily support operations while working under the guidance and supervision of a senior Product Support Technician.</li></ul>
Days 31-60:<ul><li>
Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of company products, core systems, and support processes.</li><li>
Apply training in real customer interactions with increasing independence and confidence.</li><li>
Follow established SOPs and service standards while gradually managing a growing workload with less direct supervision.</li></ul>
Days 61-90+:<ul><li>
Manage a full (or near‑full) support workload independently while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and high service quality.</li><li>
Maintain an average handle time (AHT) of 15 minutes or less.</li><li>
Help ensure the team&rsquo;s average phone support wait time stays at 2 minutes or less.</li><li>
Maintain an average case age of 5 days or less through timely follow‑up and resolution.</li><li>
Achieve and sustain a first contact resolution rate of 90% or higher.</li><li>
Consistently maintain a CSAT score of 4.5 or above.</li></ul>
