Reporting to the Senior Website Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute content updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain site integrity across both environments, ensuring our website matches the quality of our products. Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li><div>
Manage and triage incoming web-related requests and tickets, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.</div></li><li><div>
Execute routine website updates, including content edits, image swaps, and layout adjustments.</div></li><li><div>
Perform basic QA on updates and site changes to ensure accuracy and functionality.</div></li><li><div>
Troubleshoot and resolve low-complexity issues such as malformed content, broken links, formatting errors, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain and organize digital assets and documentation related to web operations.</div></li><li><div>
Support SEO hygiene tasks such as updating metadata, alt text, and internal links.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in testing new features or third-party integrations under guidance from senior team members (as needed).</div></li><li><div>
Monitor site uptime and basic performance metrics, escalating technical issues as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Help ensure ADA compliance and adherence to UX best practices through routine checks and updates.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content publishing and campaign execution.</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul><li><div>
Proven experience working with content management &amp; eCommerce systems (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, or similar).</div></li><li><div>
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.</div></li><li><div>
Bonus points for experience with SEO (Ahrefs), project management (Jira or Wrike), and A/B testing tools (Optimizely) is a nice to have.</div></li><li><div>
Project management experience and knowledge of best practices is a plus.</div></li><li><div>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both technical and non-technical teams.</div></li><li><div>
A problem-solver with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering excellent digital experiences.</div></li><li><div>
Proven ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
