1. General maintenance and civil work related to all units and corporate office2. Prepare cost estimates budgets and work timetables3. Report work progress and budget matters to clients4. Quality inspection and Procedure submitting5. Collaborate with architects, engineers and other construction specialists6. Select, schedule and coordinate subcontractor activities.7. Respond to work delays, emergencies and other problems.8. Comply with legal requirements building and safety codes and other regulations9. Assisting and coordinating to GM Facility for Liaisoning with Government Departments.10. Draft building plan &amp; finalizing with proper approval11. Responsible to maintain good relationship with colleagues and team12. Responsibility of STP, Water supply management &amp; documentation of the same to be reported to Sr. Manager electrical &amp; Maintenance.13.
