Pre-Sales Coordination: activities with sales engineers and customers Offer submitting, providing technical documents, follow-up and negotiations.
<br>
Post sales coordination: Activities such as order approval and processing, timely dispatch of material, dispatch documentation, payment follow-ups.
<br>
Searching new customers on internet.
<br>
Updating sales ERP software and reporting on very Saturday.
<br>
Achieving revenue targets. Payment follow up.
<br>
Business MIS to management on critical parameters.<br>
Monitoring revenue related activities and reporting to Management.
<br>
Daily monitoring of LinkedIn account with new information about company.
<br>
Functional Area of Vacancy *:<br>
Understanding of Pre and post sales activities and MIS - Management.
<br>
Compensation Offered: Salary no bar for deserving candidates.<br>
Candidates Profile *:<br>
Graduate in any discipline.
<br>
Experience of handling pre and post sales activities, preferably in engineering industry.
<br>
Good knowledge of MS office and advance excel.
<br>
Good Communication and Analytical in approach.
<br>
Multitasking capability.
<br>
A positive and team person. Self-disciplined.
<br>
UG qualification *: Graduate in any discipline with very good MS office working knowledge.</p>
