Job Title: Admission Officer Location: 444 Q DHA Phase 2 Lahore Overview:We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Admission Officers to join our admissions team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a positive experience, and helping them make informed decisions about their education.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective students with their inquiries and provide information about admission requirements, programs, and application procedures.</li><li>Offer personalized assistance throughout the application process, including reviewing application materials and providing guidance on necessary documentation.</li><li>Share accurate and comprehensive information regarding academic programs, campus resources, and financial aid options to prospective students and their families.</li><li>Conduct follow-ups with applicants to ensure timely completion of applications and to address any outstanding questions or concerns.</li><li>Enter and maintain accurate applicant data in the CRM system, ensuring that all information is up to date and securely stored.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to applicants&rsquo; needs, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in admissions, call center, or customer service roles is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences, including students, parents, and educational staff.</li><li>Patience and professionalism in handling inquiries and addressing concerns from prospective students.</li><li>Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software for data management and reporting.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Types: Full-time, FresherPay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
