Key Responsibilities:Group Mentoring:<ul><li>Manage and facilitate four groups, each supporting up to four youth.</li><li>Coordinate sessions after school during the school year and daytime during the summer.</li><li>Ensure sessions are engaging, structured, and aligned with organizational goals.</li></ul>School-Based Programming:<ul><li>Oversee mentoring programs at three local schools.</li><li>Coordinate with school staff to maintain consistent delivery and student engagement.</li></ul>Match Support &amp; Case Management:<ul><li>Maintain a caseload of active matches.</li><li>Conduct regular support calls with mentors and families to ensure healthy and productive relationships.</li><li>Perform accurate and timely data entry and documentation.</li></ul>Event Planning &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Co-plan match events with other team members.</li><li>Manage RSVPs and event logistics using tools such as Google Forms.</li><li>Assist in creating event materials and follow-up communications.</li></ul>Community Collaboration:<ul><li>Partner with external agencies and community organizations to enhance programming.</li><li>Represent the agency in community-based meetings and activities as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Experience working with youth and families in educational or social service settings.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Comfortable with data entry and basic technology tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM systems).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Must be available for occasional weekend events.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
