Purpose
The Customer Service/Call Center Representatives are responsible for making outbound calls and assisting donors with general inquiries and the scheduling of donations.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Responsible for ensuring a superior level of customer service is provided to all callers.</li><li>
Make outbound calls to solicit for donations.</li><li>
Verify donor information as presented in computer system/database.</li><li>
Completes necessary paperwork to update/correct/modify any information needed.</li><li>
Maintains databases and spreadsheets of tracked information, receipt requests, special instructions.</li><li>
Other projects as assigned by Supervisors.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications<ul><li>
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel/Word.</li><li>
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong customer service and organizational skills</li></ul>

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
