Job Summary:
Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals providing ABA therapy services to children on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, leading training sessions, and collaborating with families to achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients</li><li>
Implement and supervise behavioral interventions to address client goals and objectives</li><li>
Provide training and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members</li><li>
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment plans</li><li>
Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and measure progress</li><li>
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and research-based strategies</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)</li><li>
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field</li><li>
1+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably working with children with autism</li><li>
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
Work Schedule:<ul><li>
Full-time or part-time opportunities available ( negotiable)</li><li>
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed</li></ul>
Compensation:<ul><li>
Competitive annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000</li></ul>
