We specialize in giving our customers the best product possible by providing them with excellent customer service, quick and professional customized designs, and a variety of different printing processes to choose from. We&rsquo;re seeking individuals with a friendly attitude and willingness to learn to join our team. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to the following:Responsibilities and Duties. Must be onsite, no remote work hours.&middot; Great attitude and willingness to perform all jobs in the store with a team oriented approach.&middot; Prioritize daily production.&middot; follow set work flow procedures.&middot; complete opening and/or closing responsibilities.&middot; Provide customers information about our product and service offerings.&middot; Have an excellent understanding of each printing technique we offer, and can recommend the best process to a customer depending on their needs.&middot; Create designs using in house design software in an acceptable time frame.&middot; Print various garments using our in house printing techniques.&middot; Give customers accurate quotes and estimates for orders.&middot; Enthusiastically greet customers in a timely manner, answer the phones professionally, and respond to customer emails.&middot; Weekly Post on social media sites Facebook and Instagram.&middot; Able to use the Big Frog POS system to ring up customers. Will provide POS training.&middot; Maintain Cleanliness of the store.&middot; Come to work on time.Qualifications&middot; Must have at least 2 year experience in Customer Service.&middot; Must have at least 2 year experience in a Retail setting.. Must have 5 plus years of designing experience.&middot; Must have basic computer skills.&middot; Must have a High School diploma or equivalent education level.&middot; Must be able to work weekends&middot; Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.Preferred Qualifications&middot; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Graphic Design.&middot; Previous Experience with CorelDraw, Adobe or other design software programs.&middot; experience in garment printing industry a plus&middot; bonus points given if you have supervisory experienceIncentives&middot; Promotion opportunities&middot; Incentive bonus plans&middot; Paid time off after 6 months of full time employmentJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $15/hourJob Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Graphic Design: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
