Job Title: Amazon E-commerce ExecutiveJob OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our Amazon marketplace operations. This role will focus on day-to-day Seller/Vendor Central activities, listing optimization, inventory coordination, advertising support, and performance tracking to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Account Management<ul><li>Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central accounts</li><li>Handle product listings, variations, pricing, promotions, and catalog health</li><li>Monitor account health, policy compliance, and resolve Seller Support cases</li></ul>Listing &amp; Content Optimization<ul><li>Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords)</li><li>Coordinate A+ Content, Brand Story, and image updates</li><li>Ensure listings are compliant with Amazon category and brand guidelines</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Order Management<ul><li>Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock</li><li>Assist with FBA shipment creation, reconciliation, and issue resolution</li><li>Monitor stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and fix related issues</li></ul>Promotions Support<ul><li>Support deal setup, coupons, and promotions</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (sales, traffic, ads, inventory)</li><li>Analyze conversion rate, session trends, and identify optimization opportunities</li><li>Track competitor pricing, listings, and category trends</li></ul>Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with design, content, logistics, and marketing teams</li><li>Communicate updates, issues, and action items clearly with internal teams or clients</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsTechnical &amp; Platform Skills<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central</li><li>Experience with FBA, FBM, inventory planning, and shipment workflows</li><li>Basic understanding of Amazon PPC and keyword research tools</li><li>Familiarity with Brand Registry, A+ Content, and catalog management</li></ul>Analytical &amp; Operational Skills<ul><li>Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data</li><li>High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</li></ul>Communication &amp; Soft Skills<ul><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Client-facing or stakeholder communication experience is a plus</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field (preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience</li><li>Experience managing US marketplace preferred</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with tools like Helium 10, Data dive, or similar</li><li>Exposure to international marketplaces (CA, UK, EU)</li><li>Understanding of Amazon compliance, testing, and certification workflows</li></ul>location: Remote (working in EST time Zone) Job type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
