Serve as the primary contact for clients; understand their requirements, case types, and urgency.</li><li>

Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback.</li><li>
Maintain ongoing engagement through reminders, follow-ups, and renewals.</li><li>
Gather feedback and testimonials to enhance credibility.</li><li>

3. Operations &amp; Vendor Management</b></h3><ul><li>
Onboard Vendors/lawyers: KYC, verification, and profile creation.</li><li>
Assign Vendors to cases based on expertise, availability, and ratings.</li><li>
Handle escalations between clients and Vendors, ensuring fair resolution.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

4. Customer Success &amp; Retention</b></h3><ul><li>
Conduct post-consult follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>
Proactively address issues to prevent client churn.</li><li>
Create FAQs, guides, and chatbot responses for self-service support.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

5. Collaboration &amp; Reporting</b></h3><ul><li>
Sync with marketing on campaigns and lead quality.</li><li>

Required Skills</b></h3><ul><li>
Prior experience in legal &amp; compliance tech sales or online legal services.</li><li>
Ability to work with CRMs, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate sales records.</li><li>
Familiarity with document drafting, legal notices, agreements, and contracts.</li><li>
Familiarity with e-signature platforms, digital stamping, and compliance tools.</li><li>
Experience in vendor management and onboarding processes in the legal/financial domain.</li><li>
Strong communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills.</li><li>
