About Us:We are a USA based logistics company, also working on an innovative IT project &ndash; a Transport Management System (TMS) for the US logistics industry. We are looking for a motivated HR &amp; Admin Intern to join our Bangalore office and support our HR &amp; recruitment processes and look after Administration. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR practices in both logistics and IT startup environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and HR records.</li><li>Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.</li><li>Draft HR letters, policies, and internship agreements.</li><li>Coordinate with teams for attendance, leave, and employee engagement activities.</li><li>Research HR trends &amp; suggest improvements in HR processes.</li><li>Handle Administrative responsibilities</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Graduate/Undergraduate student pursuing HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR tools (LinkedIn, job portals, MS Office/Google Workspace).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.</li><li>Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Internship completion certificate &amp; Letter of Recommendation.</li><li>Real exposure to HR operations in both Logistics &amp; IT sectors.</li><li>Opportunity to learn recruitment strategies, employee engagement &amp; compliance.</li><li>Hands-on startup experience.</li></ul>Likely to offer Permanent position if Performance is upto the markJob Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsWork Location: In person
