 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 1.Formulate the operation strategy of the events for contracted hosts, complete the revenue growth target, and be responsible for the revenue;Combine current affairs and hot spots, organize and plan events.
 
 
 2. Events registration collecting, events notification and promotion, and events following. Find problems in the process of follow-up events and solve them in time.
 
 
 3.Analyze and review the results of the events, be responsible for events results; provide analysis of events, summarize each event and optimize the future events.
 
 
 4.Collect industry trends and information on competing apps, explore new revenue events, and provide suggestions for operations
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements
 
 
 
 1.Bachelor's degree. Fluent in English (verbal and written)
 
 
 2. Capable of multitasks and working under pressure; be responsible and have strong ability to execute the policy and resist compression.
 
 
 3. With a clear &amp; logical mind, problem-solving &amp; commitment to the work.
 
 
 4. Result-oriented and goal achiever, with a positive attitude and excellent teamwork spirit.
 
 
 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
 
 
 6. Background in internet, tech, or content platforms is preferred but not required.

Event Operations

 Responsibility:
 
 
 
 1. SVIP &amp; High-Value User Management
 
 
 - Collaborate with HQ to maintain daily SVIP operations and ensure timely delivery of SVIP privileges.
 
 
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-value users through regular communication and insight-based engagement.
 
 
 - Understand user needs through regular communication and data insights, and contribute to user operation strategies improvement.
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Livestream User Operations (South Asia）
 
 
 - Manage day-to-day service and interaction with livestreaming users.
 
 
 - Conduct regular research, follow-ups, and user care to improve user experience, activity, spending scale, and retention.
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Event &amp; Activity Operations
 
 
 - Assist in planning and executing online user events and family activities to enhance user engagement and platform activity.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:

 Requirements
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Internet, or related fields preferred.
 
 
 &bull; Familiar with livestreaming/short video/social media industry, with relevant operation or management experience.
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-cultural communication ability.
 
 
 &bull; Data-driven mindset, capable of identifying problems and proposing optimization strategies.
 
 
 &bull; Fluent in English; proficiency in Urdu/local languages is a plus.
