 Job Title: Senior User Operations &ndash; Live Streaming
 
 
 Location: Istanbul, Turkey
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 1. Handle all VIP customer inquiries efficiently with a strong sense of professionalism and urgency.
 
 
 2. Provide personalized operational support to high-value VIP users by understanding their behavior and preferences, promoting relevant platform features, and enhancing their live-streaming experience.
 
 
 3. Track VIP user re-charge behavior and retention data, actively collect user feedback, and identify actionable insights to improve user satisfaction and extend lifecycle value.
 
 
 4. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with VIP users by becoming a reliable, go-to advisor.
 
 
 5. Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, moderation, product, etc.) to resolve user issues and continuously improve the overall user experience.
 
 
 6. Design and run user engagement campaigns to improve user retention, increase platform usage, and support revenue growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 1. Turkish and fluent English language (both written and spoken).
 
 
 2. Proven experience in VIP customer management or user operations&mdash;preferably within the live-streaming, gaming, or internet industry.
 
 
 3. Strong customer-first mindset: passionate about user satisfaction, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 
 
 4. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
 
 
 5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts based on user demand (night shift compensation provided).

Customer Service Specialist

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 1. VIP User Management:

 Enhance VIP user satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
 </li>

 Develop and implement incentive strategies tailored to the Pakistan market to boost user retention and conversion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exhibit strong execution skills to achieve measurable targets in user activity, retention, and revenue growth.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 2. Data Analysis:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Utilize tools like Excel and SQL to analyze user behavior and transaction data, driving data-informed operational strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extract key insights from data to identify and address user recharge obstacles, adjusting tactics swiftly.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 3. Event Planning &amp; Execution:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Organize a minimum of three innovative and engaging online events each quarter aimed at increasing VIP participation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the entire event lifecycle, from planning through execution to post-event evaluation, while overcoming challenges such as resource limitations and low user engagement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 4. User Needs &amp; Service Management:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct regular monthly surveys to understand user needs and behaviors, optimizing user experience and product features accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide effective customer service solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among VIP users.
 </li>

 Job Requirements:
 
 
 
 1. Education &amp; Language:
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher, preferably in STEM fields such as Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics.

 Proficiency in English with strong cross-team communication skills and multicultural adaptability.
 </li>

 2. Data &amp; Logic Skills:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.), with the ability to develop data-driven operational strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of making quick decisions in complex environments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 3. Execution &amp; Career Ambition:

 High execution capability and accountability, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals, particularly in managing low user engagement.

 4. User Operations &amp; Customer Service Experience:

 Extensive experience in user operations and customer service, especially in handling high-value VIP user needs.
 </li>

 Ability to efficiently manage user relationships, quickly address and resolve user issues, and optimize processes to enhance satisfaction and retention.

 5. Schedule Flexibility &amp; Responsiveness:

 Must be willing to adapt to business needs by accepting occasional weekend or night shift assignments, especially during key campaigns, user events, or peak activity periods.
 
 </li>

 Demonstrates a proactive attitude and responsiveness to urgent operational requirements.

 Work Arrangement:
