With four retail stores (growing) and a strong online presence, we&rsquo;re building India&rsquo;s go-to brand for bikers.Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR processes.The role involves handling recruitment, payroll, attendance, incentives, statutory compliances, employee engagement, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth operations across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection</li><li>Conduct employee onboarding and induction</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Attendance<ul><li>Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Monitor and maintain attendance and leave records.</li><li>Manage calculation and disbursement of incentives, bonuses, and increments.</li></ul>Statutory Compliance &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable laws.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases</li></ul>Performance &amp; Employee Engagement<ul><li>Support performance appraisal cycles and increment processes.</li><li>Plan and execute HR activities, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.</li></ul>General HR Operations<ul><li>Prepare HR letters, memos, and policy communication.</li><li>Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.</li><li>Support management in implementing HR strategies and operational requirements.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>1+ years of HR experience</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable yet firm.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in retail/e-commerce/startups.</li></ul>Why Join Us You&rsquo;ll be shaping the culture and people practices of a growing company.
