Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company</b></p>
<ul>
<li>You will be leading the reimagination of the core AP product flows, leveraging agentic AI capabilities for the Small Medium Business, accountants, and lower Midmarket companies.</li>

<li>8 years minimum experience in customer centric web product design, especially in Fintech, AI products, or the ability to tackle complex problem spaces.</li>
<li>Extensive experiences to work with XFN partners like PM, Engineers, Data analysis, Research, Content, Marketing, Sales and Customer experience.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in shipping digital products to a large number of customers, and could articulate the business and customer impact in quant and qual data.</li>
<li>Strong experience in interaction design, visual design, presentation and communication.</li>
<li>A passion for elevating design craft, with meticulous attention to detail and a drive to raise the bar for what great design looks like.</li>
<li>Curiosity and utilization of AI to improve/augment your design process, and some experience in designing for AI experiences and/or building agentic workflows</li>
<li>A growth mindset, could learn and adapt from customer and stakeholder feedback.</li>
<li>Experience in forming hypotheses, running experiments, synthesizing data and iterating from it.</li>

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager to lead our Workday team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Workday system management, optimization, and support, ensuring its effective utilization across the organization. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Workday specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.</p>

<li>Lead and manage a team of Workday professionals, including performance management, coaching, and career development.</li>
<li>Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll.</li>

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the most crucial first impression our customers have: the onboarding experience. This is not a generalist risk role; <b>y</b><b>our focus will be on building and optimizing the product capabilities that allow us to safely, quickly, and seamlessly welcome new customers to our platform.</b>You will be the strategic owner of the risk and compliance aspects of our onboarding flows. Your mission is to strike the perfect balance between a frictionless user experience and the robust controls necessary to protect our customers and our business in a complex regulatory landscape. If you are passionate about solving the complex puzzles of identity, verification, and risk assessment at the point of entry, this is the role for you.</div>

<ul><li><b>Own the Onboarding Risk Strategy:</b> Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all risk and compliance controls within the customer onboarding journey, from initial sign-up to full platform access.</li>
<li><b>Build a Seamless &amp; Secure Experience:</b> Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and data scientists to launch and iterate on features for identity verification (IDV), Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), and initial fraud screening.</li>
<li><b>Balance Speed and Safety:</b> Obsess over metrics related to customer drop-off, time-to-onboard, and risk-decision accuracy. Use data-driven insights to remove friction for good customers while strengthening defenses against bad actors.</li>
<li><b>Partner Across the Business:</b> Collaborate closely with our Operations, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure your product solutions are not only compliant but also operationally efficient and supportive of business growth.</li>
