As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect overdue payments</li><li>
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding debts</li><li>
Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately in the system</li><li>
Follow up with customers to ensure payment agreements are upheld</li><li>
Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving collection efforts</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulations</li></ul>
