Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Accounting Executive (Payment Posting) to manage payment posting, adjustments, and reconciliation of patient accounts in medical billing. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, familiar with EOB/ERA structures, and capable of ensuring 100% posting accuracy.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Post payments (ERA/EOB) from insurance companies and patients into the billing system.</li><li>Record adjustments, denials, and write-offs accurately.</li><li>Reconcile daily deposits and ensure all payments are applied to correct accounts.</li><li>Identify payment discrepancies and coordinate with AR teams for resolution.</li><li>Maintain detailed payment logs and daily reconciliation reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and accounting best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in medical billing payment posting.</li><li>Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, patient balances, and adjustments.</li><li>Familiarity with billing software (eCW, AdvancedMD, Kareo, or CharmHealth preferred).</li><li>Excellent Excel and accounting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive with strong analytical skills and deep understanding of U.S. medical billing workflows. The ideal candidate will manage claim follow-ups, identify underpayments, resolve denials, and ensure maximum reimbursement for our clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform daily AR follow-up with insurance companies to ensure timely payments.</li><li>Analyze aging reports and prioritize claims based on payer and aging bucket.</li><li>Work denials and rejections; initiate appeals with payers as needed.</li><li>Identify trends in non-payment, partial payments, and denials.</li><li>Coordinate with billing and coding teams to prevent recurring issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities in the EHR/PM system.</li><li>Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks set by management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience in U.S. medical billing AR follow-up.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, denials, and claim life cycle.</li><li>Strong understanding of payer policies (Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Commercial).</li><li>Familiar with EHRs such as Athena, eCW, AdvancedMD, CharmHealth, or Kareo.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
