Key Responsibilities1. Electrical Systems<ul><li>Operation &amp; maintenance of electrical distribution systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, VFDs).</li><li>Preventive &amp; breakdown maintenance of motors, panels, and instrumentation.</li><li>Monitoring of power consumption and implementing energy-saving initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and statutory inspections.</li></ul>2. Mechanical &amp; Process Equipment<ul><li>Maintenance of rotating and static equipment &ndash; reactors, centrifuges, dryers, pumps, agitators, scrubbers, etc.</li><li>Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.</li><li>Ensure lubrication, alignment, and preventive checks for equipment reliability.</li></ul>3. Utilities &ndash; Boiler, Chilling Plant, Air &amp; Water Systems<ul><li>Operation &amp; maintenance of Boilers (IBR / Non-IBR), ensuring efficient steam generation &amp; compliance with Boiler Act.</li><li>Maintenance of Chilling Plants, HVAC systems, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors for continuous supply of chilled water &amp; compressed air.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; upkeep of WTP, ETP, and RO plants for water quality compliance.</li><li>Optimize energy efficiency in utilities to reduce operating costs.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare &amp; maintain logbooks, SOPs, checklists, and maintenance records.</li><li>Ensure timely calibration, validation, and statutory compliance of utilities.</li><li>Support during internal/external audits (USFDA, EDQM, WHO, ISO, etc.).</li></ul>5. Safety &amp; Improvement Initiatives<ul><li>Implement preventive maintenance schedule with zero safety incidents.</li><li>Comply with electrical &amp; mechanical safety standards, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO).</li><li>Suggest &amp; execute modifications for energy efficiency and cost reduction.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical &amp; Utility systems.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMP, GEP, IBR, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.</li><li>Good documentation &amp; audit compliance practices.</li><li>Teamwork and ability to coordinate with production &amp; QC departments.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,588.72 - ₹56,531.81 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
