<p></p><div><p>As the Demand Generation Manager for Paid Media at Billtrust, you will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline across our core buyer segments. This position blends strategic campaign planning with hands-on execution across paid media, SEO, and account-based marketing to support overall revenue growth.</p>

You will work closely with product marketing, content, operations, and sales teams to plan and launch targeted campaigns that convert. Your expertise in digital advertising, paid media, SEO, and marketing analytics will be critical to optimizing performance and demonstrating measurable business impact.</p><br>

What You'll Do:</b></h3><br>

<ul>
<li>Develop and execute paid media strategies, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, managing retargeting programs, and ensuring alignment with the buyer journey.</li>
<li>Manage paid digital programs across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Demandbase, and G2, focusing on spend efficiency, performance, and measurable ROI.</li>
<li>Execute and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical and on-page optimization (metadata, content, site tags), using tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4 to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Monitor advertising spend versus budget and collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall channel efficiency.</li>
<li>Partner with Marketing Operations to build, launch, and measure campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity.</li>
<li>Analyze campaign data to measure performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide regular reporting on pipeline impact, conversion rates, and ROI.</li>
<li>Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across digital and offline channels.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to align campaign strategy, messaging, and offers to buyer personas, industry verticals, and funnel stages.</li>
<li>Stay informed on digital marketing advancements, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation, and recommend strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability.</li></ul><br>

What You'll Bring to the Team:</b></h3><br>

<li>5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation and digital campaign management, preferably in SaaS</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Demandbase, G2, Reddit), marketing automation (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and webinar platforms (Zoom).</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other analytics tools to evaluate performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.</li>
<li>Technical SEO expertise using tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush to optimize content and adapt to evolving search trends.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p>The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually.<br>
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
