Department Detail &ndash; As an extension of the Billy Graham Library, the Billy Graham Archive and Research Center exists to preserve the historical printed, audio, and video records of Mr. Graham and his team. By promoting access to these collections, the Archive and Research Center supports the mission of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association through inspiring and equipping future generations in proclamation evangelism, strengthening the local church, and training others in evangelism in order to help fulfill the Great Commission.
Job Summary &ndash; The Reference Specialist Associate is responsible for accessing and understanding BGEA&rsquo;s many collections in order to accommodate all types of research requests and inquiries. The Reference Specialist will work under the direction of the Senior Reference Archivist to serve internal and external researchers. He/She will assist with attending the Research Room when researchers are on-site, strictly enforcing the Access and Conduct Policy.

Skills and Knowledge
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Archival Studies, History, Library Science, Museum Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>

Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in written form with staff of all levels of the association, as well as volunteers and the general public</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail</li><li>

Department Detail &ndash; The Food Services department seeks to provide a high-quality lunch for staff and their guests. Food Services seeks to do so while maintaining accountability to BGEA&rsquo;s donors of good stewardship. Furthermore, this department services numerous breaks and in-house functions each week. It also prepares and serves food for special after-hours events. The goal of Food Services is to perform all of this while reflecting the love of Jesus to each guest as the opportunity to serve arises.
Job Summary &ndash; This position performs tasks as assigned by the Food Services Assistant Director, as it relates to food service, including, but not limited to meals for Library food service, special events, vending and break areas.

Fosters positive environment for Dairy Bar employees by holding staff accountable for maintaining high level of professionalism and exceptional (time-sensitive) service</li><li>
Works with Assistant Director to develop and manage food service budgets</li><li>
Assist with Catering Events in Billy Kim Hall or HQ Dining Hall. Provide help with cooking and prep of food served at Special events</li><li>
Supervise food services staff including personnel issues (escalating as needed to the Assistant Director), daily work assignments, and proper training</li><li>

Department Detail &ndash; The Communications Department at BGEA consists of the following areas: project management, ecommerce, email marketing, advertising, public relations/social media/promotion, creative services (graphic design, content writing/proofing and production), and Decision magazine, our official monthly publication. The department tells the story of what God is doing through the BGEA by creating print and online content that support the organization&rsquo;s mission of proclaiming the Gospel, negotiating paid and leveraging unpaid promotional placements, and engaging new and existing supporters with targeted content using a combination of indirect and direct communications channels.

Previews and prioritizes required requisitions, invoices, orders, travel authorizations and reimbursements, and other documentation for review by the Vice President and four Directors, prepares purchase orders and arranges for payment of invoices</li><li>

Serves as liaison to other departments and the Headquarters of Samaritan&rsquo;s Purse, on behalf of the Vice President</li><li>

Department Detail &ndash; Audio Ministry Services (AMS) produces content that tells of the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. AMS curates the Billy Graham Audio Archives, home to over 1,600 of Mr. Graham&rsquo;s messages spanning over 65 years, all available on-demand. Mr. Graham&rsquo;s timeless messages provide the foundation for Sirius XM&rsquo;s The Billy Graham Channel, which AMS directs from its&rsquo; Charlotte studios. Among the podcasts in production: Fearless with Cissie Graham Lynch, which encourages subscribers to live out a fearless faith in a compromising culture. For radio stations, AMS produces Billy Graham Minute, a monthly set of fifteen messages each delivering Biblical truth in 60 seconds. AMS also creates the radio announcements that serve to promote and build awareness for many of the ministry&rsquo;s endeavors.
Job Summary &ndash; The Administrative Assistant Associate must meet objectives related to the mission and goals of Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) by performing administrative activities in support of the Audio Ministry Services team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintain and organize contract files to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.</li><li>
Process invoices and prepare required documentation for submission into Datahaven accounts payable software.</li><li>
Create, track, and update production request forms throughout the production lifecycle.</li><li>
Monitor production status, including items in progress and items released, and communicate updates back to in-house advertising agency (Willow Communications) as needed.</li><li>
Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets to support production tracking, invoicing, and reporting.</li><li>
Provide continuity and administrative support across production workflows, ensuring clear communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners and contractors.</li><li>
Compose written and electronic correspondence as required.</li><li>
Coordinate and liaisons with administrative assistant at Blue Ridge Broadcasting regarding Executive Director&rsquo;s calendar and other needs.</li></ul>

Statement of Faith
These core beliefs make up the foundation upon which all our ministry endeavors are based.<ul><li>
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God revealing the love of God to the world. (1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; John 3:16).</li><li>
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 
(Matthew 28:19; John 10:30; Ephesians 4:4-6).</li><li>
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood on the cross, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. We believe that all men everywhere are lost and face the judgment of God, that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation, and that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ results in regeneration by the Holy Spirit. Furthermore, we believe that God will reward the righteous with eternal life in heaven, and that He will banish the unrighteous to everlasting punishment in hell. We believe that the ministry of evangelism (sharing and proclaiming the message of salvation only possible by grace through faith in Jesus Christ) and discipleship (helping followers of Christ grow up into maturity in Christ) is a responsibility of all followers of Jesus Christ. We believe God&rsquo;s plan for human sexuality is to be expressed only within the context of marriage, that God created man and woman as unique biological persons made for each other. God instituted monogamous marriage between male and female as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society. For this reason, we believe that marriage is exclusively the union of one genetic male and one genetic female. (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5-6; Mark 10:6-9; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9).</li><li>
We believe that we must dedicate ourselves to prayer, to the service of our Lord, to His authority over our lives, and to the ministry of evangelism. (Matthew 9:35-38; 22:37-39, and 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:9-15 and 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10; Colossians 2:6-10; 1 Peter 3:15).</li><li>
We believe that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end; and that we must have concern for the physical and spiritual needs of our fellowmen. (Psalm 139:13; Isaiah 49:1; Jeremiah 1:5; Matthew 22:37-39; Romans 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10).</li><li>
We believe God wonderfully and immutably creates each person a biological male or female. These two distinct, but complementary sexes together reflect the image and likeness of God. Rejection of one&rsquo;s biological sex is a rejection of God&rsquo;s merciful design and creative order. (Genesis 1:26-27; Mark 10:6; 1 Corinthians 6:9; Deuteronomy 22:5).</li></ul>

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) is a faith-based religious organization committed to spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ through every effective means. Consistent with our charitable purpose to share the Christian faith, a requirement for employment at BGEA is affirmation and adherence to our Christian Statement of Faith. Our Statement of Faith prerequisite for employment is based upon federal law set forth in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. Section 2000e-1.
