What&rsquo;s the role?</b></div><div>
Bilt is looking for a Manager, Video Production to lead production across our product education and growth marketing video content. This person will serve as the operational backbone of our video output - bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to a high volume of live-action shoots that showcase our evolving product and brand.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll partner closely with product marketing, growth, and brand teams to translate creative ideas into executable production plans. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building process, and knows how to make complex shoots feel seamless from kickoff to wrap.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
In this role, you will&hellip;</b></div><div>
Own Pre-Production &amp; Planning</div><ul><li>
Lead the end-to-end pre-production process including schedules, shot lists, call sheets, budgets, and timelines</li><li>
Manage intake and prioritization of video requests across teams, setting clear expectations and realistic delivery timelines</li><li>
Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, proactively identifying risks and production needs</li></ul><div>
Lead Production Logistics</div><ul><li>
Coordinate all shoot logistics including locations, crew, equipment, talent, permits, and vendor relationships</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact on set, keeping productions on schedule and troubleshooting in real time</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with freelance crews, studios, and production vendors in NYC and other key markets</li></ul><div>
Drive Process &amp; Operational Excellence</div><ul><li>
Develop and refine production workflows, templates, and documentation to support scaling video output</li><li>
Track budgets and manage spend across projects, flagging issues proactively</li><li>
Anticipate challenges and create contingency plans for weather, talent availability, and shifting scope</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

In terms of qualifications, we&rsquo;re seeking:</b></div><ul><li>
5+ years of experience in video production, ideally with a film, production company, or agency background</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail&mdash;you&rsquo;re comfortable living in spreadsheets, timelines, and call sheets</li><li>
Experience managing freelancers, vendors, and external production partners</li><li>
Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset</li><li>
Based in NYC with strong knowledge of local production resources (crew, rentals, locations, etc.)</li><li><i>
Nice to have:</i><ul><li>
Experience producing product marketing, performance/growth advertising, or educational/documentary-style content</li><li>
Familiarity with fintech, technology, or startup environments</li><li>
Experience collaborating with in-house creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders</li></ul></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Bilt rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.</div><div></div><div><br>
The salary range for a <b>Manager, Video Production</b> is <b>$65,000 - 85,000 </b>and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.</div></div></div><div><div><div><div><div>
