Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement of raw materials. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, good knowledge of supply chain management, and prior experience in sourcing raw materials in a manufacturing or industrial setup.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle procurement of raw materials like cement, sand, chemicals, steel, etc., as per production requirements.</li><li>Identify and evaluate suppliers; obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and credit terms.</li><li>Raise purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely supply.</li><li>Maintain inventory levels by coordinating with the stores and production team.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.</li><li>Maintain and update vendor database and procurement records.</li><li>Collaborate with accounts and stores for invoice processing and material inward.</li><li>Track and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of raw material specifications and market rates</li><li>Familiarity with SAP / ERP systems</li><li>MS Excel proficiency</li><li>Vendor management</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
