 Responsibilities:

 Lead the discovery process to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate them into clear problem definitions.
 </li>

 Shape the right product decisions by testing hypotheses through data, user research, market insights, and experiments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the sports &amp; betting experience in depth to design flows, features, and innovations that help users find the right bet more easily.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing, compliance).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product performance, user behaviors, and market trends; adopt a continuously optimized, iterative product development approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and consistent experience across platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent user needs within the team and bring data-driven insights to shape product decisions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Up to 4&ndash;5 years of Product Management experience, ideally within betting, gaming, or high-traffic digital products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest and good understanding of major sports branches, especially football.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with betting as a user is a strong plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong product intuition: ability to identify meaningful problems and craft effective solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven working habits: analyzing user behaviors, reading metrics, designing experiments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of Discovery, Delivery, and core Product Management practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize clearly and deliver results in fast-moving environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with native apps (iOS/Android) and web products is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Curiosity and passion for following innovations and global trends in the sports &amp; iGaming world.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of Sportsbook products, odds, market structures, and user flows.
 </li>
 <li>
 A/B testing experience and familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Awareness of regulation, compliance, and risk processes.
 </li>

 Min. 3 year of relevant experience,

 PhD, MS or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics or other quantitative field,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in building Algorithms from scratch and take it to production in a scalable way,

 Extensive practical hands-on experience in exploratory data analysis,
 </li>
 <li>
 The clear understanding of modern machine learning and statistical analysis methods,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience at SQL and programming language Python,
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and develop interactive dashboards, reports etc.,

 Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, data cleansing and data visualization.
