As part of our team, continuously deliver high reliability to our technology services.
</li><li>Focus towards the development of permanent solutions to issues and automation of manual tasks.</li><li>
Collaborate with the team of engineers/developers working globally.</li><li>
Troubleshoot issues and work with others to avoid these glitches in future.</li><li>
Provide support to users and analyze their issues.</li><li>
Run test cases in an Agile environment.</li><li>
Present suggestions for continuous improvement of the software applications.</li></ul></div>
<div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h4><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.</li><li>
1-2 years of experience working in an Agile environment.</li><li>
Experience working with technologies like Oozie, MapReduce, Hive, Kafta, Flume etc.</li><li>
Understanding of PEGA case management features.</li><li>
Application server or web server experience.</li><li>
Experience in Java development and support.</li><li>
Database and SQLs experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of code versioning tools.</li><li>
Hands on experience in AWS.</li><li>
Good written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Multi-tasker and team player.</li><li>
Problem-solving and decision making skills.</li></ul></div></div>
