We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Strategy Manager who can lead high-impact business initiatives and help shape the future direction of our regional operations. Senior team members receive access to executive workshops, regional business conferences, and management certification programs.Key Responsibilities:Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and execute commercial strategies that improve revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market positioning across regional business operations.Business Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.Cross Functional Leadership: Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and operational execution.Client and Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and executive stakeholders while supporting long-term business expansion initiatives.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of business analysts and commercial specialists while promoting a performance-driven culture.What We Are Looking For:Experience: 7+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business operations, or corporate planning, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and commercial performance management within technology-driven or enterprise service environments.Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence platforms, advanced Excel reporting, and data analytics tools is highly preferred.Language Skills: English fluency is required. Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage for regional stakeholder engagement.Mindset: You are analytical, commercially aware, and highly organized. You can balance long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution while maintaining a strong focus on business growth and client satisfaction.Pay: KD1,900.000 - KD2,600.000 per monthWork Location: In person
