We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance for multiple residential apartment buildings and commercial properties across Doha. The role requires hands-on technical oversight, strong coordination skills, and effective tenant relationship management.The ideal candidate must be currently based in Qatar, available for immediate joining, and hold a valid Qatar Driving License.&middot; Supervise daily facility operations, including routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.&middot; Monitor and manage building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarms, and elevators.&middot; Coordinate and supervise a team of technicians, cleaners, and outsourced service providers.&middot; Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with Qatar Civil Defense and Health &amp; Safety regulations.&middot; Perform regular site inspections and develop action plans for corrective measures.&middot; Schedule and manage preventive maintenance for all equipment and systems.&middot; Manage maintenance logs, inventory of tools and materials, and asset tracking.&middot; Assist in preparing budgets, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts.&middot; Liaise with tenants and clients to ensure maintenance requests are addressed promptly.&middot; Provide support during emergencies and resolve maintenance-related issues quickly.&middot; Maintain accurate documentation for inspections, incidents, and compliance reports.&middot; Ensure optimal energy usage and recommend cost-saving initiatives.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you Ready to Join Immediately ? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Building Facility Management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
