We are seeking a skilled Elevator Electrical Troubleshooter Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining elevators and escalators. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to identify faults, perform corrective actions, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevator systems.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in elevators, escalators, and related equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in elevator control systems and components.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.</li><li>Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed.</li><li>Handle callbacks efficiently by investigating and resolving previously reported issues to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Respond promptly to service callbacks, ensuring thorough follow-up to prevent future problems and maintain high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical problems.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback.</li><li>Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.</li><li>Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.</li><li>Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>5 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair, elevator troubleshooting, and maintenance.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in confined spaces.</li><li>REQUIRES A VALID DRIVER&rsquo;S LICENSE. (preferred, but not mandatory)</li></ul>Note: If you are not an Elevator Electrical Troubleshooter Technician, kindly do not submit your application.Location: Abu DhabiJob Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWillingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>
