Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations across all business units.</li><li>Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.</li><li>Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitor cash flow, and analyze variances from projected figures.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with internal financial policies, audit requirements, tax regulations, and international accounting standards (IFRS).</li><li>Manage and monitor all accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.</li><li>Maintain and continuously improve internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities to ensure proper compliance and reporting.</li><li>Provide detailed financial analysis, cost control evaluations, and profitability insights to support strategic decision-making by executive management.</li><li>Support ERP or accounting system implementation, upgrades, and process automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Serve as the key point of contact between the finance department and other business units to ensure financial alignment with operational goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Requirements :</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA are highly preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior, supervisory, or leadership role.</li><li>Proven expertise in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books, or similar platforms).</li><li>In-depth understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, budgeting, and cost control principles.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data to drive business performance.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in leading teams, delegating tasks, and maintaining accountability within a finance function.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.</li><li>High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.</li><li>Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written); Arabic language skills are an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and local financial compliance is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
