Accountant &amp; Payroll Administrator (Labor Supply Company)Company:Bin Masood Manpower Supply LLCLocation:Dubai, UAEJob Type:Full TimeSalary:AED 3,500 &ndash; AED 4,500 (Based on Experience)Job DescriptionBin Masood Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant &amp; Payroll Administrator with UAE experience in labor supply, manpower supply, contracting, or related industries.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, worker timesheets, client invoicing, QuickBooks/Tally, and financial reporting.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily accounting transactions</li><li>Process payroll and WPS for employees</li><li>Review and verify worker timesheets</li><li>Prepare client invoices based on worker hours</li><li>Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations</li><li>Maintain employee attendance and overtime records</li><li>Prepare Profit &amp; Loss statements and financial reports</li><li>Maintain records in Excel/QuickBooks and/or Tally</li><li>Assist with VAT filing and compliance</li><li>Coordinate with operations team regarding manpower deployment and billing</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years UAE accounting experience</li><li>Experience in Labor Supply, Manpower Supply, Contracting or Facility Management companies preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of Payroll, WPS and Timesheet Management</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Tally</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)</li><li>Knowledge of VAT regulations</li><li>Ability to prepare P&amp;L reports and reconciliations</li><li>Good communication skills in English</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with worker costing and client billing</li><li>UAE Driving License</li><li>Knowledge of Corporate Tax</li></ul>Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
