 The ideal candidate will be part of a larger team within the Sales Department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for securing new clients and maintaining and developing existing clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve set individual revenue and gross profit targets and contribute positively to the overall revenue target of the department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide marketing team with market insights and assist in lead generation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential clients and generate revenue from a set minimum number of new leads per month.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maximize profits through effective negotiation with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate leads, set appointments, and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate rates and coordinate/ maintain business with overseas agents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the business development team to share and update market information in weekly/monthly meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate collections with Finance team and follow-up with clients for timely payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Timely submission of sales report to direct manager or higher levels when required.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Degree in Logistics &amp; Supply Chain Management or equivalent
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in Logistics &amp; Freight Forwarding industry in Saudi Arabia with exposure to sales and business development.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Sound knowledge of sea/air freight forwarding operations
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficient in MS Office applications
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Good in communication and negotiation
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong organizational and management skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Valid Driver's License in Saudi Arabia
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluent English &amp; Arabic language skills
 
 </li>
