We are seeking qualified personnel with experience for medical office in Miami (Little Haiti). This position is Full Time from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays from 9:00am-12:00pm.Primary responsibilities include:<ul><li>Collect specimen (Blood/Swabs/Urine) from donors and/or clients</li><li>Phlebotomy</li><li>Data Entry</li><li>Specimen Processing</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Answering phone</li><li>Screening and scheduling donors</li><li>Performing clinical study/protocol procedures in a detailed, accurate manner</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Fluent in English (Bilingual a plus)</li><li>Excellent computer skills, typing, and spelling</li><li>Knowledge of Medical Terminology</li><li>Detail Oriented</li><li>Must be able to handle difficult personalities</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment</li><li>1 year minimum Phlebotomy experience a must</li><li>Must demonstrate superior customer focus</li><li>Ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li></ul>Please submit a professional resume.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Miami, FL 33137 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
