 Main Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams&mdash;Finance, quality, regulatory, and commercial&mdash;to align supply chain processes with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure quality, reliability, and risk mitigation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare forecasts with local marketing, distributors demand management meeting and S&amp;OP of the subsidiary; or contribute to Clusters one, alert on demand/supply issues and consider PI/PO plan, optimize distributor inventory levels when applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Control/steer logistics operations for secondary network level (warehousing and transportation); provide technical support (safety, regulatory and quality policies;) submit and roll out CAPEX.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the team manage and monitor team's workload and performance; define objectives, methods and skills needed, in compliance with all applicable regulations; drives budget/resources for his perimeter.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage new ERP (SAP) implementation.

 </ul>
 
 Who are you ?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Holder of master&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, engineering or at least Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree with relevant experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in SAP and ERP systems implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate goals into action plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Profound Sense of ownership
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptability / Flexibility (Mastery).
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer / Business oriented (Mastery).
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert in demand management and logistics (warehousing and transportation), strong negotiator.

 Primary Purpose And Overall Objective Of The Job
 
 
 
 We are looking for a motivated professional to support our
 
 General Ledger &amp; Reporting
 
 /
 
 AR
 
 and
 
 Accounts Payable
 
 processes, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and delivering accurate financial reporting. We are opening a new SSC in Africa.
 
 
 The Candidate/ Employee will be reporting to Manager located in SSC Europe.
 
 
 
 Main Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform GL (cash, inventory, provision calculation, end to end closing activities, fixed assets and intercompany).
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform AR (Customer account reconciliations).
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform AP accounting activities (manage vendor invoices, Travel Expenses, payments, and bank reconciliations), including transaction posting, reconciliations and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly and quarterly reports in corporate tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with local subsidiaries (in Africa) and resolve operational issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to process improvements and participate in transition project (launching new SSC location).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience and qualification:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of: English for communication between entities, Arabic &ndash; enabling reading and understanding documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in Accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced knowledge in SAP/ERP and MS Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in continuous improvements &ndash; standardization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with excellent communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility in working hours (Monday &ndash; Friday. Friday&rsquo;s only during closing period).
