 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Associate Director / Director, Global Forecasting will be responsible for commercial forecasts for BioNTech&rsquo;s key Oncology assets and will play an important role in developing patient-based models, enabling more robust, data-driven insights to better inform strategic decisions across the organization. This person will be part of the best-in-class high-performing team with great visibility to the senior management.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and &ldquo;own&rdquo; Global commercial forecasts for company&rsquo;s key pipeline and BD&amp;L assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain patient-based models, with appropriate analytic capability support for early assets and launch brands across multiple Oncology indications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the cross-functional team, including Global marketing, Global market access, US forecasting, Clinical Development and Supply chain teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a center of excellence, providing expert epidemiological data and disease area consultation to cross functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Frame and translate complex patient flows into simplified model approaches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform secondary data analytics to create robust, aligned forecast assumptions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend market research and secondary data analytics needed to better inform key assumptions and scenario planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and present business cases to leadership team as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environment
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, ideally in quantitative discipline; also advanced degree preferred in business administration, statistics, or another relevant field
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years of commercial forecasting, valuation and related experience
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of Global Oncology commercial forecasting experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong forecast modeling (Excel/Excel VBA, data analysis) and PowerPoint skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with oncology across multiple tumor types
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Expected Pay Range Associate Director: $150,000/year to $200,000/year + benefits, annual bonus &amp; equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). *Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
