</b></p></div><div><p>Are you a talented, energetic and collaborative Marketer? We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate individual eager to grow their life sciences marketing experience within a customer-first team. This Senior Product Marketing Specialist will join the dynamic Reagents Solution Division (RSD) Product Portfolio Marketing team and be responsible for development and execution of high-growth go-to-market, multi-channel, full funnel marketing plans to raise awareness and drive conversion within key life science market segments.
</p></div><div><p>This collaborative individual will need to work effectively across multiple marketing, sales and product management functions, influencing cross-functional teams to drive results for the marketing programs they lead.
</p></div><div><p>The ideal candidate is dynamic, self-motivated, an excellent communicator and will possess a strong understanding of the life science research market, particularly in the areas of cell or protein biology, along with demonstrated skills in market development.
</p></div><p></p><div><p>In addition to annual base salary, this position is eligible to receive a target annual cash bonus based on individual and company performance, in accordance with company policy.
</p></div><p></p><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities:
</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Support and lead execut ion of high-impact go-to-market (GTM) programs to drive revenue growth for our RSD portfolio s in key customer segments, including academia, biotech, pharma, immunology, immune cell therapy and regenerative medicine.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>D evelo p and write strategic multi-channel integrated marketing content to acquire and convert new customers and engage, retain , and grow existing customers.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Collaborate with product management and scientific applications teams to develop and promote high-value portfolio-specific content across the marketing funnel including brochures, webpages, webinars, posters, and sales tools for new and existing products.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Serve as the marketing lead for portfolio marketing programs by communicating with and influencing key stakeholders and cross-functional partners (Product Management, Brand, Marcom) to ensure alignment of marketing plans for new products and on-market product improvements.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Maintain a clear marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing tactics
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Utilize analytical tools and revenue reporting data to make data-driven marketing decisions to meet or exceed financial and marketing performance objectives .
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Create product launch toolkits that provide impactful new product messaging and education to our commercial teams, including product training, positioning, key messaging, and customer facing materials.

</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biology , Biochemistry or related discipline, advanced degree or MBA preferred.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>3+ years of marketing experience in the life sciences industry , biotech or related field, product marketing experience preferred.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Tactical marketing experience in multiple channels including web, SEO, SEM, display, email, events, and 3rd party advertising .

<p></p><p>The Senior Motion Designer is responsible for the execution and consistent application of Bio-Techne&rsquo;s brand strategy through motion graphics, videography, and video editing. In addition, this role is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, and high-quality video content that reflects branding priorities. This position works directly with the Media Production Team, Creative Team, and stakeholders to ensure all projects are consistent with brand standards while reaching the goal of each creative brief. As a Senior Motion Designer, you do more than make graphics move. You&rsquo;re a creative storyteller with a knack for tackling complex topics to create powerful stories that capture an audience and leave them wanting more.
</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Create and deliver motion graphics for various media, from large format displays to social media and web content.
</li><li>Translate strategic and creative directions into crisp executions for various marketing and advertising channels.
</li><li>Concept, design, storyboard and animate engaging content and campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders.
</li><li>Work both independently and collaboratively to bring static designs and storyboards to life with innovative expressions of motion.
</li><li>Define and drive visual/motion consistency for Bio-Techne and associated brands.

</b></p><ul><li>Expertise in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere.
</li><li>Must have a strong portfolio and reel showcasing motion graphics, vector-based static design, and video editing skills.
</li><li>Outstanding design foundation, with a solid understanding of digital tools and trends.
</li><li>Experience with the full production process, from brief intake to concepting all the way to output.
</li><li>Curious, strategic thinker, able to convert complex topics into clean output that is on-brand and on-message.
</li><li>Collaborative partner to Media Team Members, Creative Team members and key stakeholders.
</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in motion design &amp; video.
</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing diversity of work.
</li><li>Professional design knowledge and strong static and motion design skills.
</li><li>Strong technical skills and proven ability to use the Adobe Creative Suite. (After Effects, Illustrator are mandatory, Premiere, Photoshop are strongly preferred)
</li><li>A college degree in Graphic Design or related field.
</li><li>Ability to travel periodically based on business needs.
</li><li>Experience with videography, photography, sound design and 3D workflow integrations a plus.
